3i Aluminum Roll Jacketing is manufactured from alloy 3003 or 3105, conforming to ASTM B 209, half hard temper (H-14) and other gauges quarter hard (H-12) which is for the work of lock forming items.
It conforms to standard alloys and nominal chemical composition:

3i Aluminum Roll Jacketing is available in smooth stucco embossed or cross - crimped 3/16 inch corrugations finishes.
MOISTURE BARRIER
3i Aluminum Roll Jacketing systems consist of 3 mil thickness of polyethylene Surlene or 1 mil Polethylene with Kraft paper which is heat laminated. The Polyethylene Surlene moisture barrier is highly recommended to increase the life of insulation Jacketing system.
